Had this as a quick refresher last night and it is an interesting comparison to the Manzanilla fina I had the other day. Certainly has more of a manzanilla pasada character – herbs and that touch of apple fruit – and a slightly more mineral, bitter herb palate. Must go back and have the two side by side (and find out more details).
